Greatest Coaching Achievement: My coaching greatest Achievement was achieved by a swimmer that I have coached for several years as a part of the Hills Special Olympics team. This swimmer had a goal to qualify for the World Games this year and has worked extremely hard for her successes. Last year at Nationals, she would be selected for a spot on the Australian team if she achieved a gold medal in at least one event. This was achieved for her 100m Breaststroke and earned her a spot on the team. This is an amazing achievement and something that has been 4 years in the making. She then competed in the Special Olympics World Games where she achieved 2 Gold 1 Silver and 1 Bronze.
Greatest Personal Achievement: I recently completed a Bachelor of Sports Coaching and Administration at ACPE, which has greatly extended my knowledge of both the sport of swimming, as well as various coaching styles for different athletes.
