Management of the Club
The club is managed by the Committee, which consists of the office-bearers of the Club and three (3) or more ordinary members. Officers are elected at the Annual General Meeting, which is usually in August and, unless they are removed or resign, they serve for a 12 month period until the next AGM. A person must be a member of the Club to be eligible to stand for a position on the committee and to vote at the AGM. The Committee meets once a month and all members and supporters are welcome to attend these meetings, although only Committee members vote on motions that are put.
Nominations for Office Bearers, Committee positions and other club positions can be made to the Club Secretary no later than seven (7) days before the AGM.
