Welcome to Barker Aquatic Swim Club (BAQU) – where swimming excellence meets a supportive community. Our mission is to inspire, teach, and encourage swimming among all members of our community, regardless of their skill level or age.
At BAQU, we provide a nurturing environment for swimmers to embark on their competitive swimming journey. Our family-focused atmosphere allows swimmers to progress at their own pace and participate in inter-club competitions if they wish. We also provide representation at major state and national swimming events for our top-performing squad members.
We believe in creating opportunities for swimmers to reach their full potential and enjoy the sport. Our attendance at club nights, inter-club swimming carnivals, and social activities bring our members together and foster a strong sense of community. We encourage all members, both swimmers and non-swimmers, to become involved in the club’s activities.
